What does a fractional CFO do?+
A fractional CFO provides financial leadership on a part-time or scoped basis. Work may include cash flow forecasts, budgets, performance reporting, and evaluating business scenarios. The scope is agreed around your priorities.

Yes, let’s discuss it. We’ll first review the state of your records and the period involved, then agree on an appropriate cleanup scope and timeline.
How are fees determined?+
Fees depend on the services, volume, complexity, and frequency of support. We’ll discuss your needs and provide a proposed scope and fees before you commit.
What should I bring to the first conversation?+
